Solve domain email
with people using it.

We have SPF and DKIM passing and DMARC at p=none with reports going to postmaster. Curious what policy others run in production here, and how long you waited before enforcing anything stricter.

The dashboard generated a DKIM selector literally called stalwart for my domain. It works, but clients auditing our DNS keep asking what it is. Can I rename it to something like mail1 without breaking signatures?

For anyone scaling transactional mail: we queue receipts, flush in batches of 100 through POST /send/batch, send as our support mailbox with fromAccount so replies land in the right inbox, and log every requestId. Monthly cost is tiny and deliverability has been boring in the best way.

Clicked "Send test to me" while previewing a campaign and watched my balance drop by one. I assumed tests were free. Is this a bug or the actual policy?

My send call just came back insufficient_credits, yet the API dashboard clearly shows a balance. Same key I have used for weeks. Is there a second balance somewhere, or a delay before top-ups apply?

We moved twelve mailboxes from a cPanel host last month. Three lessons: lower your DNS TTL a day before cutover, export old mail over IMAP before cancelling anything, and create every mailbox in HiheMAX first so nothing bounces during the MX switch. Total downtime per user was under an hour.

Registered a .ng domain yesterday, added the TXT record HiheMAX showed me about two hours ago, and the domain still says pending. Is this normal, or did I paste the record in the wrong place?

We send staff mail through Google but receipts go out via the HiheMAX API, all from the same domain. My DNS host is warning me about a second SPF TXT record. Do I really merge both into one line, and what does that line look like?
